Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Short version: Property Media Group, LLC does not sell your personal information. This page explains your privacy choices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Property Media Group, LLC does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, as defined under California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(t)).

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business (Stripe for payments, Google for analytics and email, AWS for storage, contracted photographers for service fulfillment) under written agreements that restrict their use of that information to providing services to us.

2. We May Share for Targeted Advertising

We do, however, allow third-party advertising and analytics services (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok, LinkedIn Insight) to set cookies and collect usage information for the purpose of showing you relevant ads on other websites. Under the CPRA's broader definition of "sharing," this could be considered cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can opt out of this sharing at any time by:

Clicking "Cookie Preferences" in our footer and turning off the Marketing category.
Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as a Do Not Sell/Share request.
Emailing privacy@propertyhdr.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell/Share My Info" and your email address.

3. Your Other CCPA / CPRA Rights

As a California resident, you also have the right to:

Know what personal information we have about you and how it is used.
Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to legal retention requirements for transactional records).
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any sensitive PI as defined by CPRA).
Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

4. How to Submit a Verifiable Request

Email privacy@propertyhdr.com from the email address associated with your account, or use our contact form. Include:

The right you wish to exercise (know / delete / correct / opt-out).
The email address on your account, if any.
Enough information for us to verify your identity (we may ask follow-up questions).

We respond within 45 days as required by California law. If we need an extension (max additional 45 days), we will tell you why.

5. Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written authorization and we may verify the agent's identity.
